Course Introduction

教學目標

Teaching Objectives

This course is designed to help students understand the theoretical arguments in corporate finance. Besides lecture and Q&A, news are discussed in class. Before the mid-term exam, each student has to present one piece of news from Asian Wall Street Journal in class. Each week, several news will be presented. Since this course is intended to proceed in the pattern of discussion panel, silence is not allowed in the class. The reluctance to speak out could result in failure for this course.
