教學目標
Teaching Objectives
Course Objective:

(1) Introduce production systems and build up the knowledge of operations management.
(2) Course Content:
Forecasting, Product & Service Design, Capacity Planning, Facilities Layout, Location Planning & Analysis,
Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Aggregate Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Scheduling, Project Management.

Evaluation methods
Course Evaluation: 50% from Dr. Huang and 50% from Dr. Su.

Dr. Huang: Homework (50%) and In-class exam (50%).
Dr. Su: Homework (50%) and In-class exam (50%).
