教學目標
Teaching Objectives
–Supply chain management has grown rapidly over past several years. This course is designed as an introduction to graduate students with diverse interests. The focus in this course covers logistics and competitive strategy、the customer service dimension、measuring logistics costs and performance、benchmarking the supply chain、international issues in supply chain management、strategic lead-time management、just-in-time and ‘quick response’ logistics、leading-edge logistics 、customer value and supply chain management、information technology for supply chain management and a variety of applications.
