Course Introduction
This course is intended to teach students reading and critical thinking skills. The teaching and students’ learning goals of this course are as follows:
(1) They will learn to analyze texts, critically evaluate texts, and intelligently respond to texts;
(2) They will learn to find, evaluate, and analyze primary and secondary sources for appropriateness, and validity;
(3) They will learn to integrate personal experiences, values, and beliefs into larger social contexts.

1. 面授出席、 網路上課出席與互動 10%、
、議題討論20%
2. 小考& 作業（20%） 線上評量 20% 與 midterm and final 筆試（30%）
