一、執行國科會計畫遵守「國家科學及技術委員會補助專題研究計畫作業要點」(下稱作業要點)第26點第12款規定。
二、查作業要點第26點第12款規定：「計畫主持人如有違反性別平等相關法規且經相關主管機關查證屬實者，由國科會召開專案小組會議審議，得視情節輕重終止補助、更換計畫主持人或一定期間內不得再依本要點申請及執行研究計畫」。
1. The execution of NSTC projects shall adhere to the provisions set forth in the "Operational Guidelines for Research Project Subsidies by the National Science and Technology Council" (hereinafter referred to as the Guidelines), specifically Article 26, Clause 12.
2. According to Article 26, Clause 12 of the Guidelines: "Should a principal investigator be found in violation of gender equality-related laws, and such violations are substantiated by the competent authorities, the NSTC shall convene a special committee meeting to deliberate. Depending on the severity of the offense, measures may include termination of funding, replacement of the principal investigator, or prohibition from applying for and conducting research projects under these Guidelines for a specified period."
