Summer School “Selected Topics in Tourism, International Hospitality and Attractions Management
This is a 2-week intensive course of 6 ECTS credits, taught in English, covering the following topics: Environmental policy and sustainable tourism; cutting-edge technology applied to tourism activities; human resource management; hospitality finance; exploring AI to better understand customer satisfaction; and culture, history, leisure, and attractions management in Madrid.
