國科會與德國學術交流總署 (DAAD) 共同徵求 2027-2028 年臺德雙邊合作研究人員交流計畫，歡迎有興趣與德國學術界進行互訪交流之研究團隊踴躍申請。
執行期程： 2027 年 1 月 1 日至 2028 年 12 月 31 日（共兩年）。
補助性質： 雙邊研究人員差旅費及生活費補助（互訪交流性質）。
重要提醒： 申請案須由臺德雙方計畫主持人共同研議，並分別向國科會（NSTC）及德國（DAAD）提出。若任一方未收到申請書，則合作案不予成案。
受理時間： 自 115 年 4 月 1 日起至 115 年 6 月 8 日止。
校內截止： 為利本處辦理後續彙整函報作業，請於 115 年 6 月 3 日（星期三）前 完成國科會線上申請系統彙整送出。

The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) are now inviting applications for the 2027-2028 NSTC-DAAD Joint Research Personnel Exchange Program. This program aims to foster scientific cooperation between Taiwan and Germany by supporting the mobility of research teams.
Implementation Period: January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028 (2 years).
Funding Nature: Supports travel and subsistence expenses for exchange visits between Taiwanese and German research teams.
Mandatory Requirement: Proposals must be developed jointly. The Taiwanese PI must submit to NSTC, and the German PI must submit to DAAD. The application will not be considered if either side fails to submit.
Application Window: From April 1, 2026, to June 8, 2026.
