⚡Five Essential Tips to Prevent Electric Shock⚡
When utilizing electrical equipment, the risk of electric shock is ever-present; insufficient protective measures can easily result in occupational accidents.
Commit these guidelines to memory to safeguard both yourself and others!
• Before commencing work, verify whether the electrical equipment is energized (using a voltage tester, for example).
• Prior to maintenance, cleaning, or relocating equipment, ensure the power switch is turned off to guarantee operation without electricity.
• After disconnecting power, affix warning tags and locks to prevent accidental re-energization by others.
• Reconfirm complete power disconnection before beginning any operation to avert unforeseen incidents.
• If it is impossible to cut off the power, employ insulated tools (such as gloves, protective clothing, and insulated footwear) and shield any live parts during operation.
⚠Please take note:
• Equipment must be properly grounded and equipped with residual current devices to effectively reduce the risk of electric shock.
• Avoid operating equipment in damp environments or with wet hands.
• Should you discover any damage or abnormalities in the equipment, cease use immediately and report to the appropriate personnel for repair.
