🔸 Eligibility: Students aged 35 and under, enrolled in various tertiary institutions including graduate schools, universities, four-year technical colleges, two-year technical colleges, two-year vocational colleges, five-year junior colleges (limited to 4th and 5th-year students), as well as freshmen (current high school seniors).
