中央研究院與歐洲分子生物組織（The European Molecular Biology Organization, EMBO）訂於本（115）年8月26至28日合辦 「Starting Your Own Lab」學術訓練課程，相關資訊如下：
一、舉辦時間：115年8月26日至28日與EMBO合辦為期3日之「S tarting Your Own Lab」線上工作坊，上課時間為每日下午時段
二、課程旨在協助年輕研究學者籌建獨立實驗室。工作坊以英文進行且採互動式教學，學員須全程參加。訓練對象以成立實驗室5年內之新進實驗室主持人（Junior PIs/Group leaders），或已進入聘任協商階段、即將接任獨立計畫主持人職位者為優先。訓練名額限18位臺灣學研機構之研究學者，報名至本年7月20日截止，以報名先後及資格符合程度為錄取順序，惟該院仍保有最終名額分配與核定之權利。

The Academia Sinica, together with the European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO), is scheduled to co-organize the academic training course "Starting Your Own Lab" from August 26th to 28th, 2026. The relevant details are as follows:
1. Date: From August 26th to 28th, 2026, a three-day online workshop titled "Starting Your Own Lab" will be co-hosted with EMBO, with sessions held each afternoon.
2. Purpose: This course aims to assist early-career researchers in establishing their independent laboratories. The workshop will be conducted in English and feature interactive teaching methods; participants are required to attend in full. Priority will be given to junior principal investigators or group leaders who have established their labs within the past five years, or those who are in the final stages of appointment negotiations and are about to assume independent project leadership roles. Enrollment is limited to 18 researchers from Taiwanese academic and research institutions. Applications will close on July 20th, 2026, and selection will be based on the order of registration and eligibility. However, Academia Sinica reserves the right to make the final decisions regarding quota allocation and approval.
