轉發文化部辦理藝文表演票券防制黃牛票詐騙聯合宣導公告
一、依據文化部函文辦理。
二、文化部鑑於近期黃牛票詐騙案件頻傳，受害族群以參與演唱會、藝文展演活動民眾為主，其中以大專校院學生為相關詐騙案件高風險接觸族群，為提升青年學子辨識相關詐騙手法能力及防詐意識，製作打詐宣導圖卡(如附檔)，供同學參考運用。
Forwarding the Joint Announcement by the Ministry of Culture on Combating Scalper Ticket Fraud in Arts and Cultural Performances
1. This is conducted in accordance with the correspondence from the Ministry of Culture.
2. In light of the recent surge in scalper ticket fraud cases, predominantly affecting attendees of concerts and cultural performances, with university and college students identified as a high-risk group, the Ministry of Culture has produced anti-fraud awareness cards (as attached) to enhance young scholars’ ability to recognize fraudulent tactics and bolster their vigilance against scams, for their reference and use.
