公路法第27條已修訂並經總統公布，將「汽車燃料使用費」更名為「公路使用養護安全管理費」，簡稱為「公路養管費」或「養管費」，該費用之徵收目的係作為公路養護、修建及安全管理使用，以使名稱與用途一致，落實使用者付費原則，確保相關費用專款專用，達到道路永續發展、提升整體道路品質與交通安全，故加以更名。該費用每年開徵期程、繳費方式及繳納金額均維持不變。
車主可透過「監理服務網」或下載「監理服務APP」，並使用「一卡通MONEY」、「嗶嗶繳」、「橘子支付」、「蝦皮購物」、「街口支付」、「悠遊付」、「永豐銀行」、「元大銀行」、「全支付」、「台北富邦銀行」及「icash Pay」，多元支付繳費快速又便利。(詳如附件)

Article 27 of the Highway Act has been amended and promulgated by the President, renaming the "Automobile Fuel Usage Fee" as the "Highway Usage, Maintenance, and Safety Management Fee," abbreviated as the "Highway Maintenance Fee" or simply "Maintenance Fee." The purpose of this fee is to fund highway maintenance, construction, and safety management, aligning the name with its intended use. This change enforces the user-pays principle, ensures dedicated use of the funds, promotes sustainable road development, and enhances overall road quality and traffic safety. The annual collection period, payment methods, and fee amounts remain unchanged.
Vehicle owners may conveniently pay through the "Supervision Service Network" or by downloading the "Supervision Service APP," utilizing diverse payment methods such as "EasyCard MONEY," "BibiPay," "Orange Pay," "Shopee," "JKoPay," "Easy Wallet," "SinoPac Bank," "Yuanta Bank," "AllPay," "Taipei Fubon Bank," and "icash Pay," ensuring swift and convenient transactions.
