二、為加強防制學生涉入性影像犯罪，內政部警政署製作旨揭宣導資料，內容包含常見性影像犯罪態樣、相關法令規定及罰則等，並提醒如遇性影像遭偷拍、散布或冒用照片製作性影像等情形，應妥善保存相關證據，儘速向警察機關報案，並向性影像處理中心申請下架，以維護自身權益，「預防性影像犯罪宣導資料」如附檔，供同學參考。1. This is conducted in accordance with the correspondence from the Ministry of the Interior Police Department.
2. To enhance the prevention of students' involvement in sexual image crimes, the Ministry of the Interior Police Department has produced the aforementioned awareness materials. The content encompasses common forms of sexual image offenses, pertinent legal provisions, and penal provisions. It also advises that in cases where sexual images are secretly recorded, disseminated, or fabricated using misappropriated photographs, individuals should meticulously preserve all relevant evidence, promptly report to the police authorities, and apply to the Sexual Image Handling Center for removal requests, thereby safeguarding their rights and interests. The "Preventive Sexual Image Crime Awareness Materials" are attached herewith for students' reference.
