函轉行政院公告修正「中華民國刑法第一百八十五條之三第一項第三款尿液確認檢驗判定檢出毒品品項及濃度值」，並自115年7月25日生效。 修正「尿液確認檢驗判定檢出毒品品項及濃度值」品項計有安非他命類藥物、海洛因或鴉片代謝物、大麻代謝物、古柯鹼代謝物、愷他命代謝物及其他毒品品項或其代謝物等六類，詳如附件

This is to forward the Executive Yuan's announcement regarding the amendment of Article 185-3, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of China concerning the confirmation of drug types and concentration values detected in urine tests, which shall take effect from July 25th, 2026. The revised categories of drugs confirmed and quantified in urine tests include six classes: amphetamines, heroin or opiate metabolites, cannabis metabolites, cocaine metabolites, ketamine metabolites, and other drug types or their metabolites, as detailed in the attached document.
