1.依本校「車輛管理暨停車費收支管理要點」學生汽車停車證採學年制收費，有效期間自115年10月1日至116年9月30日止。
2.一般生學生停車證申請數量為100張(統一停放於司令台學生專區)，倘申請人數超過100人，申請截止後由學生代表及本校稽核人員見證下辦理電腦抽籤(正取100名，餘均為備取，並抽籤備取序號)，並由系統主動通知中籤人繳費，一般生收費標準600元/年，學生本人身心障礙者五折優待收費(需上傳個人身障證明文件)，持繳費三聯單至出納組繳費後憑繳費收執聯至學務處軍訓組領取停車證。(於115年9月29日前完成繳費，未依期限完成繳費視同放棄)。
3.在職生停車證收費及停放地點比照教職員，收費標準1200元/年，學生本人身心障礙者五折優待收費(需上傳個人身障證明文件)，線上申請後由電腦下載繳費單至出納組繳費後憑繳費收執聯至學務處軍訓組領取停車證。（於115年9月29日17:00前繳費完畢，未依期限完成繳費，後續申請停車證者依月繳200元辦理收費）。
4.申請時間自115年9月1日（星期二）8時起至115年9月18日（星期五）16時止。同日辦理一般生汽車停車證電腦抽籤，請至本校「個人單一入口」→「熱門申請」→「停車證申請」完成相關資料填寫。
5. 中籤名單及備取順位將公告於總務處首頁，中籤者如未於規定期限內完成繳費，其名額將依備取順位通知遞補；接獲遞補通知者，請依通知期限完成繳費，逾期視同放棄遞補資格，遞補作業將持續辦理至一般生停車證100名額滿為止。
六、未取得學生汽車停車證者，仍得參照外賓入校臨停，依本校停車管理辦法不得在校隔夜停車；夜間如有停車需求，可利用大學路沿線夜間免收費停車格停放車輛。
1. Pursuant to Yuntech's "Vehicle Management and Parking Fee Revenue and Expenditure Management Standards," the student automobile parking permit is charged on an academic year basis, valid from October 1st, 2026 to September 30th, 2027.
2. The quota for general student parking permits is limited to 100 permits (all designated to the student area near the Command Platform). Should the number of applicants exceed 100, a computerized lottery will be conducted under the supervision of student representatives and Yuntech auditors after the application deadline (100 successful applicants will be selected, with the remainder placed on a waiting list, and waiting list order will also be determined by lottery). The system will automatically notify the successful candidates to proceed with payment. The annual fee for general students is NT$600, with a 50% discount for students with disabilities (submission of valid disability certification is required). Upon payment at the Cashier Division using the triplicate payment slip, students may collect their parking permits from the Military Education Division of the Office of Student Affairs. (Payments must be completed by September 29th, 2026; failure to pay by the deadline will be deemed a forfeiture.)
3. The parking permit fee and designated parking locations for employed students shall follow the same standards as faculty and staff, with an annual fee of NT$1,200. Students with disabilities are entitled to a 50% discount (valid disability certification must be uploaded). After applying online, applicants should download the payment slip and pay at the Cashier Division. Upon payment, the receipt must be presented to the Military Education Division of the Office of Student Affairs to collect the permit. (Payments must be completed by 5:00 PM on September 29th, 2026; late payments will be subject to a monthly fee of NT$200 for subsequent permit applications.)
4. Applications will be accepted from 8:00 AM on September 1st, 2026 (Tuesday) until 4:00 PM on September 18th, 2026 (Friday). The computerized lottery for general student parking permits will be conducted on the same day. Please complete the application via Yuntech SSO under "Popular Applications" → "Parking Permit Application."
5. The list of successful applicants and waiting list order will be announced on the homepage of the Office of General Affairs. Should a successful applicant fail to complete payment within the prescribed period, their spot will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list. Those receiving such notifications must complete payment within the stipulated timeframe; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the waiting list eligibility. This replacement process will continue until all 100 general student parking permits are allocated.
6. Students who do not obtain a parking permit may still park temporarily on campus in accordance with visitor temporary parking regulations. Overnight parking on campus is prohibited under Yuntech's parking management regulations. For nighttime parking needs, vehicles may be parked in the free parking spaces along University Road.
