各位同仁請注意！工作中如發生職業災害，無論傷勢輕重，請儘速通報環境安全科技中心。
通報不是為了為難大家或追究責任，而是為了釐清事故原因、改善工作環境，避免類似災害再次發生。
🚨 如發生下列情形，請立即並於知悉後2小時內通報環境安全科技中心：
▪️ 發生死亡災害。
▪️ 同一災害罹災人數達3人以上。
▪️ 罹災人數1人以上，經醫院診斷需住院治療（不含留院觀察）。
🕑 請記得：「即時通報，才能及早協助、儘快改善！」

🔔 Occupational Accident Reporting Reminder 🔔
Esteemed colleagues, please be vigilant! Should an occupational injury occur during work, regardless of its severity, promptly report it to the Environmental and Safety Technology Center.
The purpose of reporting is not to assign blame or cause inconvenience, but to elucidate the cause of the incident, enhance the working environment, and prevent recurrence of similar accidents.
🚨 In the event of the following circumstances, please report immediately and within two hours of awareness to the Environmental and Safety Technology Center:
▪️ Occurrence of a fatal accident.
▪️ Three or more individuals injured in the same incident.
▪️ One or more individuals requiring hospitalization as diagnosed by a medical institution (excluding observation stays).
🕑 Remember: “Timely reporting enables prompt assistance and swift improvements!”
