國科會116年度「學術攻頂研究計畫」構想書自即日起受理申請，相關資訊如下：
一、計畫主持人請務必先行詳閱旨揭計畫徵求公告各項規定。
二、相關表件請至該會網站(國科會首頁/學術研究/補助獎勵辦法及表格/補助專題研究計畫/學術攻頂研究計畫)下載。
三、申請機構(即執行機構)及計畫主持人資格
(一)申請機構：符合該會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第二點規定者。
(二)計畫主持人符合該會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第三點規定，並具下列三款之一情事，且經申請機構依其相關學術審查程序審查後推薦之研究學者：
1.曾獲國內外重要學術獎項；
2.有極為傑出研究表現；
3.執行該會其他大型專案計畫成效優良，具深化研究潛力而獲該會學術處邀請研提本計畫。
四、本校受理截止日期：115年9月23日止。

The NSTC 116th Year "Academic Summit Research Project" proposal submissions are now being accepted. The pertinent details are as follows:
1. Principal investigators are strongly advised to thoroughly review all regulations outlined in the project solicitation announcement.
2. Relevant forms can be downloaded from the NSTC website (NSTC homepage / Academic Research / Subsidy and Reward Regulations and Forms / Subsidized Research Projects / Academic Summit Research Project).
3. Eligibility of Applicant Institutions (i.e., executing institutions) and Principal Investigators:
(1) Applicant Institutions: Must comply with the provisions set forth in Article 2 of the NSTC Subsidized Research Project Operational Guidelines.
(2) Principal Investigators: Must meet the criteria specified in Article 3 of the NSTC Subsidized Research Project Operational Guidelines and fulfill at least one of the following conditions, as well as be recommended by the applicant institution following its academic review procedures:
1. Have received significant domestic or international academic awards;
2. Demonstrate exceptionally outstanding research performance;
3. Have successfully executed other major NSTC projects with excellent outcomes, possess potential for deepening research, and have been invited by the NSTC Academic Division to propose this project.
