國科會116年度「以人文社會為核心建構淨零社會力計畫」，自即日起接受申請，相關資訊如下：
一、研究計畫申請書請依該會補助專題研究計畫作業要點之規定辦理；申請作業時，請於計畫類別點選「一般策略 專案計畫」；本案為單一整合型計畫，研究型別請點選「整合型」；學門代碼請點選「HZZ26-人社淨零」。
二、該會訂於115年10月30日(星期五)下午2時30分於該會簡報室(臺北市和平東路二段106號1樓)舉辦徵件說明會(實體及線上並行)，報名網址：https://reurl.cc/1lpnGQ。
三、本案依規定程序進行審查，並依審查結果及經費預算擇 優補助，未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。
四、計畫徵求公告及相關資料，公布於該會網站(http://www.nst c.gov.tw)。

The NSTC 116th Year "Plan to Build a Net-Zero Society Centered on Humanities and Social Sciences" is now accepting applications. Relevant information is as follows:
1. Research proposal applications should be prepared in accordance with the NSTC’s guidelines for subsidized research projects. When submitting, please select the project category as "General Strategic Project"; this is a single integrated project, so please choose the research type as "Integrated"; for the discipline code, select "HZZ26 - Humanities and Social Sciences Net-Zero".
2. The NSTC will hold an information session on October 30th, 2026 (Friday) at 2:30 PM in the NSTC briefing room (1st Floor, No. 106, Section 2, Heping East Road, Taipei City), conducted both in-person and online. Registration link: https://reurl.cc/1lpnGQ.
3. This project will undergo review according to established procedures, with funding awarded based on the evaluation results and budget availability. Appeals for unsuccessful applications will not be accepted.
4. The project announcement and related materials are published on the NSTC website (http://www.nstc.gov.tw).
