環境部於115年7月20日預告修正「列管關注化學物質及其運作管理事項」公告事項第一 項附表一、附表二、第二項附表四，
新增列管甲苯胺紅、對位紅、雙酚B、雙酚F、2-甲基-4-（甲硫基）-2-啉苯丙酮(MMMP)及伽瑪-丁內酯(GBL)為關注化學物質。
現環境部將召開「列管關注化學物質及其運作管理事項」修正公告事項草案研商會議，倘對旨揭草案有任何意見或修正建議，請於115年10月19日（星期一）前以電子郵件方式提供本部彙整（電子信箱：chenjc@mail.moe.gov.tw），或以環境部建置之線上表單逕行提供意見（網址https://forms.gle/y9HMRMQucHfh91Dt5）。
On July 20th, 2026, the Ministry of the Environment announced proposed revisions to the first item’s Appendix 1 and Appendix 2, as well as the second item’s Appendix 4 of the "Regulations on the Management of Listed Concerned Chemical Substances and Their Operations."
The amendments include the addition of Toluene Red, Para Red, Bisphenol B, Bisphenol F, 2-Methyl-4-(Methylthio)-2-oxazolinylphenylpropanone (MMMP), and Gamma-Butyrolactone (GBL) as substances of concern.
The Ministry will convene a consultation meeting to deliberate on the draft amendments to the announcement concerning the management of listed concerned chemical substances.
