The Executive Yuan has amended the "Daily Living Expense Allowance Table for Personnel Dispatched Abroad by Central Government Agencies" and the "Daily Living Expense Allowance Table for Personnel Dispatched to Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau by Central Government Agencies," effective January 1st, 2027.

Upon the enactment of these amendments, personnel dispatched on official business spanning both the previous and revised regulations shall adhere to the former allowance rates for days under the old regulations and to the new rates for days under the revised regulations.
Furthermore, the additional expenses arising from these amendments shall continue to be charged under the relevant budgetary allocations originally designated by each agency.
