The Ministry of Education hereby conveys the Ministry of Labor's "Implementation Guidelines for Construction Operation Safety Training," which were promulgated by the Ministry under Order No. 1150253429A on October 22nd, 2026 (Minguo 115). This directive designates the safety training as stipulated in Article 11-2 of the Construction Safety and Health Facilities Standards, effective from the date of issuance.
