國科會116年「前瞻研究驅動之設備研發計畫」，自即日起接受申請，相關資訊如下：
一、依該會補助專題研究計畫作業要點規定辦理，計畫主持人務必先行詳閱本計畫徵求公告及相關附件各項規定。
二、本計畫申請案全面實施線上申請，構想書請務必至該會 網站(https://www.nstc.gov.tw)進入「學術研發服務網」製作，線上申請時，請選擇「申辦項目」/「專題研究計 畫」/「構想書申請案」/計畫類別：「前瞻研究驅動之設備研發計畫構想書」上傳相關資料，構想書獲推薦者， 計畫主持人須於規定時間內，至該會網站提送詳細計畫書。
三、本計畫未獲補助案件，恕不受理申覆。
四、計畫徵求公告該會工程處網站(https:// www.nstc.gov.tw/eng/ch)。
五、計畫構想書徵求說明會資訊：
(一)時間：115年11月17日(星期二)下午 2 時
(二)地點： 線上視訊會議
(三)參與方式：請事先報名，會議視訊網址將於11月13日前e-mail 通知。

The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) announces that applications for the 116th year "Forward-Looking Research-Driven Equipment Development Program" are now being accepted. The pertinent details are as follows:
1. This program shall be conducted in accordance with the NSTC’s guidelines for subsidized research projects. Principal investigators are strongly advised to thoroughly review the program announcement and all related attachments prior to application.
2. All applications must be submitted online. Concept proposals must be prepared via the NSTC website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw) by accessing the "Academic Research Service Network." When applying online, please select "Application Item" / "Research Project" / "Concept Proposal Application" / Project Category: "Forward-Looking Research-Driven Equipment Development Program Concept Proposal" and upload the relevant documents. Applicants whose concept proposals are recommended must submit a detailed project proposal through the NSTC website within the stipulated timeframe.
3. Appeals for projects not granted funding under this program will not be entertained.
4. The program announcement is available on the NSTC Engineering Office website (www.nstc.gov.tw/eng/ch).
5. Information on the Concept Proposal Briefing Session:
(1) Date and Time: November 17th, 2026 (Tuesday) at 2:00 PM
(2) Venue: Online Video Conference
(3) Participation: Prior registration is required. The video conference link will be emailed by November 13th.
