國科會「116年度卓越領航研究計畫」自即日起接受申請，相關資訊如下：
一、配合國科會「厚實中堅」政策，「卓越領航研究計畫」將適當資源投注於自然科學與永續發展學術領先研究群與初嶄露頭角之中堅團隊，協助其深化優勢領域及發展關 鍵技術，以達深耕學術及提升國際競爭力之目標。
二、整合型計畫之總計畫主持人須將總計畫及子計畫書彙整成一冊，由總計畫主持人提出申請。
三、本計畫執行期限自116年8月開始，至多4年。
四、本計畫性質為專案型研究計畫，未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。
五、本案申請人請循該會網站「學術研發服務網」，於「專題計畫類」之「隨到隨審計畫」下，進入「卓越領航研究計畫」項目製作計畫申請書。徵求公告與計畫書格式 (如附件)可至該會網站(最新消息-計畫徵求)公告事項下載。
六、本校受理申請至115年12月9日止。

The NSTC "116th Annual Outstanding Leading Research Program" is now open for applications. The relevant information is as follows:
1. In alignment with NSTC's "Strengthening the Backbone" policy, the "Outstanding Leading Research Program" will allocate appropriate resources to academically leading research groups in natural sciences and sustainable development, as well as emerging core teams, assisting them in deepening their areas of expertise and developing key technologies to cultivate academic excellence and enhance international competitiveness.
2. The principal investigator of the integrated project must compile the overall project and subproject proposals into a single volume and submit the application.
3. The execution period of this program commences from August 2027 and may last up to four years.
4. This program is a project-based research initiative; appeals for applications not granted funding will not be accepted.
5. Applicants are requested to apply through the NSTC website's "Academic Research Service Network," under the "Project Proposal" category, within the "Rolling Review Projects" section, by selecting the "Outstanding Leading Research Program" to prepare their proposals. The call for applications and proposal templates (as attached) can be downloaded from the NSTC website under the "Latest News - Project Calls" section.
