課程簡介
Course Introduction
介紹在不同介質與層狀系統中波動之基本分析原理與應用。並瞭解動力荷重下之土壤行為，學習國內、國外有關液化原因、影響與防治之方法。

Introduce the theory and application of waves in different medium and layered systems. Understand the behavior of dynamically loaded soils and learn the liquefaction causes, effects and prevention.
教學目標
Teaching Objectives
a. 學生須熟悉不同介質與層狀系統中之波動。
b. 學生須具備土壤與岩石動力分析之能力。
c. 學生須瞭解動力荷重下之土壤行為。
d. 學生須學習國內、國外有關液化原因、影響與防治。
e. 學生須學習如何發掘問題、解決問題、製作專題報告。f. 學生須建立良好的國際觀；領導、規劃及管理能力；終身自我學習成長能力等。

Evaluation methods
課堂參與、作業與報告 30％
期中考 30％
期末考 40％

class participation (課堂參與)、homework(作業)、report(報告) 30%，
mid-exam(期中考) 30%，final exam(期末考) 40%。
